PANINE, MD and COSMETIC DERMATOLOGY & SURGERY PC do not accept patient insurance as the administrative task of doing so distracts our practitioners from patient care. Patients who join our practice are responsible for charges on the date of their appointments. Patients may seek reimbursement from their insurance company, if possible.

Tele-visits are now available for many existing patients who do not require additional testing to continue their treatment plans.
Patients simply schedule a tele-visit, provide the phone number they would like to use, and Dr. Panine will call the patient at the designated phone number to complete the visit and e-prescribe any prescriptions needed.

Prepaid services are subject to forfeiture if timely notice of rescheduling is not provided.

Late Cancellation/No-Show Fees - Patients must notify the office at least 24-48 hours in advance, should they need to reschedule an appointment.
 In the event that a patient does not call or email the office within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment or they simply do not show, they will be billed, and their credit card charged, $50 for an office visit.
 In the event that a patient does not call or email the office within 48 hours of an appointment which was made for a procedure, surgery, cosmetic/aesthetic appointment, Botox/Juvéderm injections or they simply do not show, they will be billed and their credit card charged $125 for the visit.
